CHN - Baby Dedication Request Form

We practice the prayer of Child/Baby dedications. This is a great opportunity to bring the child before the Lord, and pray a prayer of blessing & protection over the life of the baby.

We can dedicate your baby/child to the Lord no matter how old they are. Just let us know when and whom you'd like to dedicate to the Lord and we will do it on a Sunday, typically after a time of singing/worship.

*Child dedications are not the same as baptisms. We practice believers water baptism by immersion. Connect with us, if you would like to know more.
